We read everything that arrives. The list below is about setting expectations honestly, not about discouraging you from writing.

Corrections — the message we most want
If something on this site is inaccurate, out of date, or stated more confidently than the evidence supports, tell us.
The most useful message contains three things: the page, the specific claim, and a source. “Your Kenya page says X, but the CMA register now shows Y” is something we can act on the same day. “Your information is wrong” is something we cannot.
Substantive corrections are made visibly, and we would rather publish a correction than leave a wrong figure up for another month.
If You Are a Broker
On a factual error: send the correction and the document that shows it. If your terms, licence status or fees have changed and our page is out of date, we would rather know from you than find it late. Factual corrections are made regardless of whether we have any commercial relationship with you.
On a rating or a verdict: we will read what you send and we will engage with the argument. What we will not do is remove or soften a conclusion because it is unwelcome, or in exchange for a commercial arrangement. Our ratings are not available for purchase and a partnership does not come with editorial influence — that boundary is set out in our disclosures.
On a partnership enquiry: commercial questions are handled separately from the editorial side, by design. Commercial terms do not reach the people producing ratings, which is the whole point of keeping them apart.
If You Have a Complaint About a Broker
We are sympathetic, and we want to be clear about what we can and cannot do, because being vague here would waste your time.
We cannot recover your money, intervene with a broker, or act as an intermediary. We have no regulatory standing and no authority over any company we write about.
What is genuinely useful to us is the detail of what happened: which entity your account was with, what the broker said, which clause it relied on, and what stage the process stopped at. Individual complaints are not evidence of a pattern on their own — every broker with a large client base generates them — but specific, repeated behaviour across several accounts is exactly what we look for, and readers are often the first to see it.
Where to take the complaint itself: the regulator that licenses the entity your account is actually with — which may not be the regulator named on the broker’s homepage. Our reviews identify the contracting entity for each market, and that is the starting point.
What We Do Not Respond To
Stated plainly so nobody waits for a reply that is not coming.
- Requests to add, remove or change a link for payment, or guest posts and sponsored articles. We do not publish them.
- Requests to remove a negative finding that is accurate.
- Signal services, managed-account offers, copy-trading schemes and anything promising returns.
- Requests for personal trading advice, or for a recommendation on where to invest your money. We are not advisers and cannot answer these.
Response Times
We are a small team and we read messages in the order they arrive. Corrections with a source are prioritised over everything else, because a wrong fact on a live page is the most urgent thing we deal with.
